Spirited Sisters

For our April meeting on Saturday, April 11, we will be travelling to Norwalk, to St. Paul’s on the Green (60 East Avenue, Norwalk) for a contemplative outdoor walk on their labyrinth. This will be followed by lunch at Oak and Almond in Norwalk. We are looking to start around 10:30 for the walk and lunch around 12:00. Lunch will be about $25-$30 per person.

Here is an interesting site on the background of labyrinths, referred to as a kind of “moving meditation” and “a tool to “unwind the mind,” and to let go stress or worries and concerns.”
