WEPCO SPACE RENTAL

Donna Savage maintains the building calendar and manages use of WEPCO space by St. Matthew’s and Wilton Presbyterian churches as well as outside organizations who utilize our rooms for gatherings. This includes dates, times, room assignments, tables, chairs, and more.

All meeting and event planning needs to go through her office for clearance BEFORE any information is published. This will assure that the date and space needed is available. Donna also handles the rental of rooms for your non-church meetings or private parties. Please contact Donna via email at wepco@optonline.net. Notify Donna or maintenance engineers Alix Williams or Jairo Mejia if there are any building related concerns that need attention. They handle setup, maintenance, repair, and cleaning issues for both churches and WEPCO property.
