Quiet Day
A quiet day is intended to be similar to a retreat. In this case, it's a mini retreat. Often, in Lent we think about being in the desert with Jesus. And while this can be overwhelming sometimes, the stillness and the emptiness calls to us. When we're prayerful and faithful in the desert places, God provides for us what we need to continue on the road. This year, set aside some time to join in the practice of this Quiet Day. Most of the three hours will be shared in the silence of our sanctuary. There will be some prayers to punctuate the time, some snacks to fill you up, and a few other activities to help focus you if you need them. All are welcome! Questions? Be in touch with Marissa.
