A Message from Tim Jarvis, Stewardship Chair
Dear Friends and Families of St. Matthew's,
I pray this note finds you healthy and securely in place at home as we continue to adapt to our daily lives in the face of this pandemic. I also hope you have been able to take advantage of the many creative opportunities that Marissa, the St. Matt's staff, and our lay leaders have made available online. If you would like to know more about how you can connect with us visit here.
We will soon distribute first quarter pledge statements reflecting payments made to date toward the generous commitments you made during our 2020 pledge season. Your ongoing contributions will help us keep our virtual doors open in this season and beyond - so that we can once again open wide the physical doors of St. Matt's.
In the absence of a weekly offering collection, many of you have asked how to continue giving. Thank you! We are trying to facilitate convenient ways for you to keep up-to-date with your pledge commitments. Click here to make a pledge payment or gift to St. Matthew's. You can also use the same form to give an additional gift to support our work during this time or you can visit our Give page to explore other gifts.
You can also arrange payments via your personal bank's bill pay service or send a check to us at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 36 New Canaan Rd, Wilton, CT 06897.
As always, we are sensitive to the individual physical, spiritual, and financial circumstances our parishioners face. Please feel free to reach out to me, another Vestry member or Marissa should you need any help.
In the meantime, I would reiterate our vision of St. Matthew's as a community:
Rooted in God, our faith grows, spreading branches that shelter, heal and nourish.
With abiding gratitude and prayers for you and your loved ones,
Tim Jarvis
