Description	The Vestry is the legal representative of the congregation wiht regard to all matters pertaining to the corporate property. Elected at the Annual Parish Meeting (in January), the presiding office is the rector (The Rev. Mary Grace Williams). There are two wardens: Sr. Warden and Jr. Warden who offer support directly to the rector. A treasurer oversees the financial records of the parish and reports monthly to the Vestry. A clerk (secretary) takes minutes of all Vestry meetings as well as the Annual Meeting. The basic responsibilities of the Vestry are to help define and articulate the mission of the church to the congregation: to support the church's mission by word and deed, to ensure effective organization and planning, and to manage resources and finances.
